Mr. S’s World of History

Welcome to the wonderful world of Ancient and World History at Balboa Academy. We are a group of scholars searching the ancient murky past trying to answer questions in order find ancient clues regarding the relevence to our own time. This is the place where all students in the 9th grade Ancient and World History class will call their internet home.  You will use this page for answering the class discussion questions that will be posted every week.  Just think, because of the internet, no matter where in the world you find yourself…you can always do some homework!!

Now there’s a cheery  thought, huh?

All students receive points for answering the discussion  questions. Great answers and well defended opinions receive great grades…as much a a full letter from the posts on this

Just a couple rules: Be respectful of other students posts.  Do not post anything here that you would not turn in to your instructor in writing, as the world is watching. All discussion questiona are posted on Sundays and must be answered by Thursday at midnight. As time goes by this site may grow to include cool video, great links and outstanding simulations and maps…just as soon as I learn how to do all that tech head stuff….
